How can the local police, missingalerts.com and The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children be circulating a flyer of this child that look completely different? This is worse than the profiles I have seen with one picture of a child taken from their Instagram account heavily filtered and making silly faces. I don't know what to say, but it's incredibly sad that the people reporting information to the public for assistance can't get it right.
