Details of Disappearance
According to open source information, Karen Adams was last seen on a security camera at Mountaineer Racetrack approximately 4:31 am leaving the parking lot on 03/12/2007.
Adams was at a gambling location in Hancock County, West Virginia the evening of 03/11/2007 and reportedly drove her red/maroon, four-door, 2005 Suzuki Forenza sedan bearing Pennsylvania license plate ETD5587 across the Pennsylvania state line to the Mountaineer Casino Racetrack and Resort to play bingo. Adams was seen there and was known to have left the bingo area around 11 p.m. that evening, possibly headed to the gaming side of the resort to play the slot machines.
She was observed on surveillance video at approximately 3 a.m. on the morning of 03/12/2007 and then according to open sources again on camera leaving the gambling complex. Adams has not been seen nor heard from since that
time. Adams vehicle has also never been located.
